Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, and knead into ground turkey until well incorporated.
  3. Divide meat into 4 balls and place 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Use your thumb to push a circular indent into the top center of each patty. This helps ensure a juicy burger.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until burgers are a medium brown. You can also cut into a burger to test that it is cooked through.
  6. Serve open-faced with spicy mayo, sliced avocado, and pico de gallo.
